G'day mates!,
I am in the third week of lectures. This week the topic is the Father Heart of God and it will be a good one and will allow many questions to be answered that many people currently have. But I have good news! I officially have my outreach location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vanuatu (Google it)!!! I leave around Nov. 23 and come back to Australia around Jan. 17-ish. We are privileged enough to have the Founder of YWAM, Loren Cunningham, as a guest speaker and then we are going to Tingha (I think that's how it's spelled) for a week to help with a youth group that is led by two of our students.
Prayer requests:
Funds: I still do not have all my funds needed for outreach. It is in the hands of God but I would still like to ask for prayer. It's hard to not let it get to me as I tend to worry about finances like this.
Lectures: they have been intense and we are being warned that this week is going to be even more crazy (like a fire at the circus). Last week there was a lot of breaking in me and everyone else and while some of us were healed many are still struggling.
Guidance: when I helping those who are not english speakers and helping them to understand what it is we are discussing.
Patience: there are many levels of maturity (ages ranging from 17 to 30-something).
Frustrations: just that I would be understanding with things and people
Thank you! And please please please continue to pray for me. Love love.
Cheers Mates!

Worship week!
Hi!
I pray everyone is doing well, or as they say here : how you going?. hehe. Things are well down unda', it is the second week of lectures. Last week was the Nature and Character of God and this week is Worship! Tonight was the kick-off for the 24/7 week of worship. This means that we take turns doing worship (students are and hour a day) and staff do the overnight and weekend shifts. It will be super good! We went to Hillsong church again this weekend and for those of you who know them, Parachute Band was the guest band. It was super good and then we went to the evening service where Pastor Reggie Dobbs from America came and spoke...and it was ssuuppperr good! I am excited for another week of learning and growing! I am still praying and asking God for the rest of my financial support, please keep me in your prayers. Thanks for praying for me and sending your love!
cheers!

Officially a YWAMer
Horray! Finally, I get to saw the school starts tomorrow for our DTS. Last night was orientation with some worship and dancing and today was a trip to the zoo and a barbie (BBQ). I'm ready for this thing to get underway to help keep me occupied and not thinking about home so often. Things are going well...all things considered. I was able to talk to Nathan and my mom yesterday and that really helped me. Also, all the girls have arrived at the base and tonight Will is coming and we are praying that Peter gets his visa from India.
So we have:
Girls:
Gerdien - Holland (22)
Jennelle - Canada (17)
Marie - Norway (20)
Eiliah - Scotland (18)
Christie - South Korea (22)
Bethani - England (18)
Shanna - Washington State (18)
Katurah - Maryland (18)
Janine - Switzerland (20)
Maggie - Holland (27)
and ME!
Guys:
Roman - Oregon (20)
Silas - PNG (30)
Will - Australia (?)
Peter - India (?) --waiting on visa
Staff:
Gerry - Canada
Brea - Switzerland
Susanne - Virginia
Leetioa - Australia
Ricky - Australia
Directors:
Etinne & Tania
Please continue praying for me. I am still very home-sick and just ask for strenght, wisdom, and courage, along with still needing to raise money for my fees (still short about $800). Thank you all and you are all in my prayers.
Cheers!

Arrived!
Hello family and friends,
I have made it to Sydney. My plane ride was long but good and un-eventful which is a good thing. I have made it to my base and unpacked my stuff. I really like two of my roommates (haven't met the other two) and the other students and staff are cool too. My mailing address for small/normal sized letters is:
Island Breeze Sydney PO Box 492, Mount Druitt, NSW 2770 Australia
Feel free to write! Miss you all tons!
cheers!
